Rooms & Rates

Our rooms, some with a stunning sea view, all feature private facilities, TV, direct-dial telephone, independent air conditioning, hairdryer, fridge and free Wi-Fi.

Cancellation Policy

Cancellations made within 7 days of the arrival date are free of charge. Late cancellations (more than 7 days) or no-shows incur a charge of the first night. In August, late cancellations or no-shows will be charged 3 nights.

Children

• Up to 3 years: stay free of charge if using the beds already in the room.
• Cots: available on request, subject to hotel confirmation, at €10.00 per day.
• Children aged 4 to 12: with an extra bed pay 50% of the rate.

Non-Refundable Rate

Advance payment of the entire stay. No refund in case of cancellation, modification or no-show. Credit-card payment required at the time of booking. For bank-transfer payments, the full amount must be paid within 24 hours of booking.

Pets

Pets are not allowed, not even on request.

Bookings and Payments

Bookings, including by phone, are considered confirmed only after payment of a deposit equal to:

• 1 night (except August);
• 3 nights for the month of August.

Tourist Tax

€2.00 per person per day (subject to regulatory changes).

Other Services

• Private parking (on request) 10 metres from the hotel: Car €15.00 per day, Motorbike €5.00 per day.
• Agreements with beach clubs and restaurants for discounted rates.
